Quick 1 night stay The hotel was clean and in a good location to the interstate. The staff I interacted with were friendly. The pool area was older and closed but it seemed they were doing some updates. If I was there longer I could review their food and beverage options.

Travel Great value, clean room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff and breakfast was very good and freshly made. Location was convenient.will stay again when in area. The staff in the restaurant was very helpful and attentive. .

Good All Around Great staff, well furnished hotel, clean and polished everywhere, and the food was very well prepared for both our catered meals and the restaurant. One note -- every time a staff member saw a visitor, they cheerfully greeted them.

Thank you to the kind staff While they didn’t have any rooms available, the manager kindly and graciously helped my young adult daughter and her friend when they found themselves in unexpected circumstances on their way to the Taylor Swift Concert. We appreciated it tremendously! We look forward to staying there on future visits to the area!

Unforgettable Stay in Style! I have traveled completely solo for the very first time for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert on July 7th that happened to be my very first T-Swift concert that I’ve ever attended! I called in on the morning of the concert for early check-in and was able to check-in early at 1pm so that I can make the 2:30pm parking lot opening at Arrowhead Stadium and have plenty of time to buy some Taylor Swift merchandise before the 6:30pm show opener! Upon entering my hotel room for the stay, the room makes me feel like I’m at home: room temperature was perfect and the bed is also comfortable to sleep in! Room is stocked with all the necessities needed for my stay and the Wi-Fi works great! On checkout day, I had some time to stop by for breakfast; the service was excellent and the food that I was served (sunny side up eggs with pork sausage and breakfast potatoes) was delicious! The checkout process was fast and easy with the express checkout option in the Hilton app, so I can skip the front desk and be on my way home afterwards! Overall, I would highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Independence for any traveler (both personal and business) and I would also like to give a big shout-out to Aaliyah for going above and beyond in making my hotel stay experience unforgettable as much as with the concert and helping me travel in Male Swiftie style as seamlessly as possible!

Nice hotel with convenient location This is a nice hotel with a very convenient location right off I-70. There is some shopping and a few restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely come back if I am in the area again in the future.
