Akash Patel serves as Multi-Property General Manager for Lotus Hospitality, overseeing a portfolio of four select-service hotels in the Kansas City market: the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Overland Park, Hotel Lotus Kansas City Stadium, Hotel Lotus Kansas City Merriam, and Sonesta Essential Overland Park. Since joining Lotus Hospitality in 2020, Akash has progressed from front-line operations into multi-property leadership, accumulating more than six years of hospitality experience across Hilton, IHG, Sonesta, and Best Western brands.

He is a Certified Hilton General Manager and was recognized with the 2021 Director’s Award for Quality Assurance during his tenure with Best Western Hotels & Resorts. In his current role, Akash leads cross-functional teams across brands, drives financial performance through disciplined budgeting and revenue strategy, and maintains strong guest satisfaction scores, while also supporting new acquisitions and property transitions within the Lotus portfolio.
