Dominic Harkness is the co-founder and Chief Producer of Lotus Insurance, focusing on sales management and client retention. He works to provide tailored insurance solutions while ensuring clients receive reliable service and support to build strong, lasting relationships.

In addition to his work with Lotus Insurance, Dominic serves as the Director of Risk Management for Lotus Hospitality. He is responsible for strategizing risk mitigation across a network of hotels, overseeing policy administration, and supporting the organization’s operational needs. His experience in both insurance and risk management contributes to the success of these industries.

In his free time, Dom enjoys spending quality time with his wife, coaching youth football and basketball, and watching sports. These activities allow him to stay active, connect with his community, and share his love of sports with others.
