Milan joined Lotus Hospitality following the completion of his academic studies and currently serves as Project Manager, working closely with senior leadership and the construction team. In this role, he oversees active construction and renovation projects across the portfolio, with responsibilities that include tracking project costs, monitoring labor and material usage, coordinating with general contractors and vendors, reviewing project reports, and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

He plays a key role in maintaining clear communication between ownership, construction teams, and external partners, helping to drive accountability and execution across projects. His work is focused on improving operational efficiency and organization throughout the construction process, contributing to more streamlined project delivery and cost control.

Through hands-on involvement in multiple projects, Milan has developed practical expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution. His experience supports Lotus Hospitality’s broader strategy of repositioning and enhancing assets to maximize long-term value and performance.
