Dhruv’s journey from India to the United States at the age of 13 laid the foundation for a remarkable career in hospitality. Through hands-on leadership, operational expertise, and a results-driven approach, he has successfully revitalized underperforming hotels by reducing costs, improving efficiency, and increasing profitability.
 
He joined Lotus Hospitality in 2019 as an Assistant General Manager, when the company operated just two hotels. Since then, Dhruv has played a pivotal role in the organization’s growth and evolution. Today, he oversees ten hotels and four
mixed-use properties totaling more than 1,000 rooms. His experience spans leading global brands, including Marriott, IHG, Hilton, Choice, and others, and he continues to help drive Lotus Hospitality’s success through innovation, strategic vision, and a steadfast commitment to operational excellence.
 
While working multiple jobs to support himself through college, Dhruv earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2017. That same discipline, resilience, and commitment to continuous improvement remain at the core of his leadership style.
 
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Dhruv enjoys hiking and exploring nature. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Hotel & Lodging Association of Greater Kansas City and volunteers with Lotus Care House, where he supports individuals experiencing homelessness through operational and logistical assistance. His dedication to service underscores his commitment to creating a lasting and meaningful impact in both the hospitality industry and the broader community.
