Fantastic stay Our stay at the Overland Park location was fantastic. Our room was spacious, clean and we had great a/c.The gentleman at the desk (Calvin) was so helpful, placing us a close to a side entrance as we had to leave early each day. He also provided a handout on restaurants near by. It was quiet and a great location for all activities.

Nice Place One of the cleanest and up to date Hampton Inns I have been in in a long time. I had moved away from using Hampton Inns because the ones I previously stayed in did not have the cleaniness I expect from Hilton, and were old. If more Hamptons were like this one I would use more often.

Comforting as being there for a family at KU. This establishment was clean/welcoming, and gated. The view of our KC sports teams that should stay .neither here nor there. There’s an outdoor pool/with wonderful dining(included breakfast). Fabulous yall, and thanks from a lotus flower child. God bless you.

Weekend Visit This building is a bit dated but the room was clean, the view of the stadium was nice and the breakfast offerings were above average which pushed my score to 5 stars. I would visit this hotel again.

Nice stay at the Hotel Lotus Great hotel if you are going to a ballgame. The walk to the stadium is about 15 pleasant minutes. The walk after the game is also very safe, or to me it was. Drive into the downtown area was about 6.5 miles. The outside resembles an old Drury Inn. The room I had, 100 was a large suite type setup. The AC unit allowed me to control the temperature. Not some centrally controlled nonsense!! People who run the place seem very pleasant. Cars are parked in the rear of the hotel, out of the way of the main road. Breakfast was serviceable. They had three hot items and a variety of cereals and muffins. I would stay here again if going to a ball game. If seeing sights in town, I would probably check into something closer to downtown.

Clean, quiet, functional. Surprising how many hotels don't meet those basic needs Clean, quiet, functional room, comfortable bed, fast internet. Traveling cross country and so far few hotels admit those minimum criteria. Parking is pricey but you're in the center of a city. I was surprised breakfast wasn't included but my bad I didn't check that before I booked. Staff was helpful

Cool It was a coo stay they had a good breakfast

Good for the price Very nice hotel for the money. Great breakfast! They don’t put out many towels and wash cloths, had to ask several times for more. The big concern was No Heat in rooms when temp was in 50’s outside. They did provide a heater for a when we asked! Very nice front desk staff!

Great value near downtown Great value for the price. Check in with Raysha was friendly and fast. Enjoyed the fitness center in the afternoon and drinks at the bar after the concert at TMobile.

Clean, comfy and welcoming I was pleasantly surprised by how clean this hotel was. I had low expectations that were completely blown out of the water. I loved that there was a greeting card with my name on the envelope, welcoming me. It also included a BOGO free drink coupon. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel bar/restaurant. Kelly and Nichole were awesome bartenders and the food coming out of the kitchen was shockingly fresh and delicious. I'll be back!

Book your stay!!! Taja was absolutely amazing! She accommodated my entire basketball organization — 2 divisions and a total of 19 families — without hesitation. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication did not go unnoticed. She worked incredibly hard to make sure every family was personally checked in, comfortable, and fully taken care of.

Great find in downtown KC! The property was very nice! We really enjoyed having an on-site bar & restaurant as well as a selection of packaged snacks. Staff was very friendly & helpful and all common areas were excellently maintained. Our room was very clean & well appointed. It is less than 5 minutes to my BFF's apartment downtown so we'll definitely be back. Great find in KC!

Conveniently located across the street from the T-Mobile Center If you're going to a show at the T-Mobile Center, THIS is the hotel you want to choose! Our entire experience was Top Notch. The staff made us feel like valued guests and the hotel was immaculate and well-maintained. We appreciated the tower fan and white noise machine in our room - something you don't usually find in a hotel room. We found the bed comfortable and the pillows soft. The breakfast food was outstanding, especially the eggs and cinnamon rolls! Good coffee, too! We will definitely stay here again!

The not so good parts. Only the freight elevator was working during our visit, but, it got us where we were going. The restrooms in the lobby started to breakdown during our visit and we had no room servicing during our time. Could not call the desk, the phone did not work.
Now, the good.
We were a group of around 65 for a convention, there was also a couple of young sports teams staying as well.
The staff were delightful and kind, the breakfast buffet was good, many options and the people kept tables cleared as guests would finish.
The meals at the conventions were good as well. I believe some of it was from the adjoining steakhouse, was all good.
The hotel was a good location, the rooms were typical hotel rooms, bed was comfortable enough and quiet enough for us.
There seems to be a needed renovation taking place from the top floor down.
We decided it was a good enough hotel, despite the few hiccups and would totally stay again🙂

Feels Like Home! I originally selected this Hampton Inn last year due to its location to a wide variety of amenities and to the senior community where my stepmother lives. On this stay, I was impressed with the thoughtfulnss shown by the management when I discovered that I was booked into the same room I had last year. Thank you! Clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient on the first floor. Breakfast was delicious and varied from morning to morning. Staff was friendly and accomodating! I am already looking forward to next year's stay!

Overnight trip to KC Nice place. Older but very clean. Nice location. Only dislike was the creamer/sugar packets got the in room Kuerings did not have stir sticks in them. Kind of hard to add creamer/sugar with nothing to stir it with. Never had that problem anywhere else. Stir sticks have always been included in the packets.

Small vanity space Room was fine except the vanity was small. Often a good room will allow for some morning prep at a mirror over a desk or dresser with an outlet for a hair dryer or razor. This room had only a full length mirror with no outlet and no dresser or desk near by.

Wonderul! The staff was amazing from the time we got there. Rooms and lobby was very clean and inviting. We were there for the Big 12 Women's Tournament and they were prepared and ready for the large breakfast crowds.

Excellence in every area Every detail was perfect. From calling to confirm the stay, check in, and check out, it was super easy and fast. There were more amenities than I even needed. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, staff was helpful. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows as well as the light blocking shade that was a way better design than any I've seen. The decor was beautiful, and the little extras such as water and a Keurig in the room were much appreciated. The grab and go breakfast was a nice touch, although I enjoyed eating in the dining area. Definitely will stay here again!

My go to for concerts at T-Mobile Center This is the second time I've stayed here after a concert at T-Mobile Center. Distance to center and restaurants is great, very clean, quiet, love the set up of the rooms, good breakfast, great price, liked the Dove products in the bathroom. Will definitely be back!
