Randy worked with Mark on several projects prior to being asked to join the team permanently – and found Lotus to be the perfect fit. His expert analysis has allowed Lotus to diversify and expand, from continued purchases of rehabs and evaluation of current units to the construction of new units. Randy is unafraid to explore potential projects including acquisition of local and regional buildings, Computer Assisted Design (CAD), and even starting up a snow plow business. Randy firmly believes in the company’s vision for continued growth and is excited to be part of Lotus Hospitality’s future.
