Kim is the best! Miss Kim at the front desk did the most outstanding job in reference to customer service, making me want to come back to this hotel, again and again. I live here, and I was trying to find a room for my uncle who does not live here, but was working overnight at children's mercy. I booked the room through hotels.com and it was a little bit of a disaster. She took the time to double check our reservation after we were about to go try another location, and it happened to be we were in the right place. She saved us time and money and made a lifelong customer because of it.

Holiday Inn - Kansas City Downtown The facility was super clean and bright, easy to get to, and parking was a breeze. There is some road noise from the highway, especially if your room is on the backside of the building. Breakfast and parking are not included in the room price. Parking was $20 I believe and there is a small cafe on site that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner at a cost (kids eat free if you are traveling with kiddos!!) The staff were all super friendly and helpful.

A diamond in the KC area! I stayed at this Holiday Inn for a National Convention in downtown KC. Based on the positive reviews, it looked like a nice place for my base camp. My expectations were definitely exceeded when arriving after 6pm on a Wednesday. I was warmly greeted by both Marla and Julie at the front desk. Check-in was efficient and my room was ready. Entering my room, I could tell it had been recently updated and was very clean. That evening, I decided to grab a bite at the in-house restaurant as well as a beverage. The service was excellent with both Angel and Abby on point for my food and beverage service. The atmosphere was friendly and you could tell the staff enjoyed working there. Every morning, I participated in the breakfast meal plan, which was off a small menu. The host server, German, was excellent and provided fast and friendly service. The food was flavorful, and portions exactly what I needed to start my day. Overall, the Holiday Inn exceeded my expectations, and when I'm back in the KC area. The management at this location should be proud of the great team providing excellent service for their guests.

It’s good Not a lot of great amenities, but in a great location with good service. Check in was fast an easy and breakfast goes till 11 but costs 12 dollars at least. Gym is nice and the room was well made. Watch out for the bathroom doors, they don’t close all the way.

Would stay again! Clean from parking lot all the way through😁 Convenient location downtown. Parking lot was clean. Lobby was very clean. Nice updated decor. Fresh bouquets of flowers was an added bonus. Per morning server German was a delight. Nice quality women’s and pillows. The only issue we had was the height of the beds, though it looked quite luxurious. It was actually so high it was difficult to get into.

Great location and a great place to stay! Great location! Check in experience was good, thanks to Timothy Smith, Assistant General Manager. Room was very, very nice! I enjoyed breakfast there my first morning . . . it was excellent, however to took "forever" for it to be served. They have a fairly new staff and are learning on the go. Great people! Also a shout out to PJ Patel, Director of Sales for his exceptional work and assistance. Looking forward to my next stay.

Amazing Hotel Great hotel. Everything was clean and stuff was very friendly. Would totally recommend to friends and family to stay here. My trip for DI competition with my son and his crew was amazing and the hotel was a big part of it 😉

Comfortable The bed was very comfortable. Our family is very happy to stay at this hotel it was also very fancy. The hotel lobby also has very good food.this hotel was great. And the restrooms were very clean this hotel is the best！

Friendly staff Everyone was so nice and accommodating!! We were here for DI Competition and we had a lot of rooms and they did everything so smoothly. The whole staff that we interacted with from the time we arrived to the time we left were amazing! P

Pleasant stay Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Check in was easy. The restaurant food was good. Made my first time in KC a pleasant trip. 10 minutes drive or 30 minute walk to downtown. Would visit here again.

Legit nice place A great place Downtown. Would stay here again compared to others in the area I’ve heard about. Honestly so much better than old management, this place is honestly a go-to now. It’s right near where you want to be without being congested.

Overall Satisfaction Great all around service. Cold waters down front. Nice staff and good location. Knew what to say when we asked questions and had all the answers for how to use public transportation and get around. Would come again.

KC convinience This hotel has made my experience in Kansas city amazing. Everything from the convenient placement next to main street, the very comfortable beds and the workout room. Having the hotel a few blocks from main street made it really easy to access the street cars which made my trip so much better.

Clean and friendly! This is a very CLEAN hotel! The staff here is PHENOMENAL! The price was very reasonable for downtown, but be prepared to add $20/night for parking on top of the price of your stay. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful, Mikaela, Julie & Timothy are absolute gems! We ate at the hotel one night for dinner and today for breakfast . The food is VERY reasonably priced and was good and kids eat free! A huge shout-out to our server this morning GERMAN HE REALLY MADE OUR DAY! DEFINITELY COMING TO STAY HERE AGAIN!

Holiday inn Everything is so new! I quite enjoyed my stay, it was a nice break from everyday life! As soon as you walk in there it's a lovely bar / restaurant. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Thanks !

Feels like home The employees here are amazing. This hotel is very modern and very clean. I actually feel like I’m at home at this place so thank you so much. The bar is very well stocked. They have very nice wines as well.

kansas trip pillows were great and the way the staff and parking were was just the absolute best aswell as the accomadatiojs that the hotel has tk offer js just amazing i loved my stay and definetly would reccomend to anyone

Girls trip to KC Clean and stylish rooms. Friendly service! The shades were so dark we slept in till 9 am! Quiet environment. Loved the fresh water in lobby. We will stay here again. Very comfortable and great location!! A 15 minute walk to the power and light rail

Fun in kc Yes the pillows are great and Angel at the bar is cooler than the flip side of your pillows. Wow the things are great in kc and the draft was great. How much do I have to go through to get a treat you son of a gun.

Great stay! My stay was amazing! I really enjoyed the updated bathrooms and overall vibe of the place. I loved the great employees and my room was spotless every time I walked in. I also enjoyed the pleasant flowers in the lobby and the homey feel the whole place had!

April 2023 Trip Support Staff was great, bed was super comfy. Great experience for the whole group of us. The showers were super clean and the TV worked fine. The room was prepared and clean prior to our arrival, and we felt safe during the duration of our stay.

Nfl draft Everything was very nice I enjoyed all of the amenities the hotel provided as well as how nice the first looks. The rooms are pretty comfortable and the WiFi is also pretty good. Overall a good stay.

Great place Great help. We were on our way from Kansas to meet York and they were kind enough to get us a room in a pinch. It was smoke free, dog free and they did it when it said full. I can’t praise this place enough

Guest The pillows are the fluffiest, it’s a peaceful hotel during the day and night, great employees especially Mashal! I wish they had a pool because I would never book anywhere else when coming to visit!!

Clean and great location! Great location and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and up to date. I would stay again because of the proximity to Power and Light district and lots of bars and restaurants . Lobby is spacious, modern, and has lots of natural light.

When I went in my room it was very clean and very aesthetically oriented It was very clean and every time I came back to my room the beds were made. Water is hot is very hot and they have a lot of parking, and if they have additional parking and all the workers offer you when the main lot gets full. The employees are very nice and know what they are doing

Great hotel!!! The people at the front desk are so kind! The breakfast was delicious and the they even give you free cookies. One of the cleanest and best hotel I’ve been to!! Lots of seating for me and my friends in the lobby. Would definitely recommend.

Two Night Stay was Great! Very smooth check-in process. Front desk clerks were very attentive and were able to get us into our room within minutes of our arrival. We had to park in the overflow parking lot across the street, but it was an easy walk to the hotel. We stayed two nights and had 0 issues with noise on our floor.

Wonderful stay Beautiful and big rooms! The south view on the sixth floor is magnificent. I’m traveling solo across the United States and I have a lot of stuff, so I appreciate the spacious accommodations. Great job Holiday Inn Express KC!

We had a great time in Kansas City We had a great time in Kansas City. This was a short walk to power and light area. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the view of the city was stunning! Clean and comfortable rooms and kind staff. We did have to pay to park but always had a place to park and felt my car was safe.

Great hotel! Great customer service! Very accommodating and comfortable. We came for the NFL draft and the staff was very helpful in making our stay very comfortable. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

Great night sleep with hot breakfast to follow This hotel gets high marks across the board. I stayed here a year before, while traveling on business. Nothing has changed. It's still one of the best Holiday Inn Express establishments I've stayed in. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The employees are professional and polite. Alyssa was extremely helpful. She made a copy for me of a document I needed. She was patient in helping me to locate my lost wallet. This hotel is also very quiet even for downtown KCMO. The breakfast is a great start to your day complete with a morning serenade. The dining staff are attentive to your needs. The only negative about this hotel is parking. You pay $20 per day, lucky for me I'm reimbursed for expenses. Also just trying to find parking is a bit of a nuisance. But the fresh chocolate

Good hotel for a comfortable stay I liked this hotel for comfort, free parking, cleanliness, good breakfast and am going back again in May. The location is convenient to get to WWI museum, by car, shopping and restaurants on foot. Only negative is hill to walk down and back from restaurants and shopping.

Stayed for a volleyball tournament The hotel is very nice and the people are accommodating to our needs. We loved staying here it was amazing! It was super clean, the maids did a really great job and over all it was an amazing experience. Would definitely come back!
